We are providing this notice to explain how we use and limit use of your information that we collect online or by other means for use by International Travel Institute of Texas Inc. (ITI), Leisure Travel Alliance Inc. (LTA), and Leisure Travel Alliance Central Inc. (LTA Central)

Personal and Business Information We Collect
In order to subscribe to our ITI travel agent class or exercise your option to apply for membership with LTA Central, we will need to collect your name, the name of your business (if applicable), your preferred home or business address, your preferred email address and your preferred telephone number(s).

How We Use Personal and Business Information:

As a Subscriber to an ITI Travel Class
The information you provide to us will be limited to our internal use. We will not share your information with any third parties unless required by law.

As an LTA Central Applicant and Member
If you choose to apply and are accepted as a member of LTA Central, you will be selling travel and earning sales commissions as an Independent Contractor. In order to authorize you and enable you to sell travel, we will need to share your name and contact information with multiple travel suppliers. Travel suppliers typically use your information to routinely contact you for various business purposes and may also use your contact information to promote their products and services. While we advise travel suppliers that our member agents’ information is confidential, we cannot guarantee supplier compliance with regard to third party sharing.

Credit Card or Debit Card Information
If you choose to subscribe to an ITI travel agent class or apply for membership in LTA Central following completion of your class, you will need to provide us with credit card or debit card information and your authorization for us to charge your card for payment(s) for products or services you purchase from us.
